• Account Data: email address and password.
• Payment Data: processed securely by third-party payment processors (we do not store full card details).
• Saved Learning Data: saved words, translations, and learning progress.

Our learning activity report records visits, return visits, playback and translation starts, completed quizzes, signups, views of payment options, and confirmed paid subscriptions. Browser events use a random identifier stored in your browser; signed-in events may also link to your account. These event records do not contain IP addresses, email addresses, translated words, or subtitle text. Browser event collection is disabled when Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track is enabled.

Guest learning uses a random browser cookie, lm_guest, valid for up to 180 days. Saved words, quiz results, reading texts and learning progress are stored on our server under that guest profile. Signing in links this progress to your account. Clearing the cookie may remove your access to the guest profile; it does not automatically delete the stored records. We also keep daily usage counters linked to the guest profile and a hashed network address to limit paid AI requests.
